What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We may collect your data in two ways, through contact forms on our website and through a mailing list subscriber.
If you make an enquiry through the contact forms on our site we will be sent an email with the details of your submission. This is needed to be able to reply to you, this does not subscribe you to any mailing list and we will not share your information.
If you subscribe to a mailing list, you are giving us permission to send you news, useful information and marketing emails. We will only use your data for purposes we feel will benefit you internally and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the email or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You data will not be sold or passed on to any other company.
This website uses tracking software to monitor its visitors to better understand how they use it. The software will save a cookie to your computer’s hard drive in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website, but will not store, save or collect personal information.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
