Cutting
Whether you require one sheet or a large complex order, the first stop is our Technical department. From here we will ensure that you receive the best value cutting service available. Once the order has been optimized we are ready to process the panels. This we can do on any one of our three Schelling beam saws or our Selco angle plant offering a swift and accurate service.
Edging
All panels pass through a milling unit in the first stage of the edge banding process. This ensures that the panels are dead square and have perfect clean edges.
Your choice of edge banding is then applied to the material. This can be PVC, PP, ABS, Melamine or Veneered tapes, even some hardwood lipping, with thicknesses from 0.3mm to 3mm and more.
Drilling
We have invested heavily in the best CNC and through feed technology available enabling us to meet ever more demanding requirements.
With such advanced technology at our fingertips we are able to move between large production runs to intricate one offs at literally the touch of a button
Routing
With the need to offer something different ever more important we have to be able to produce more and more complicated shapes. We are able to router shaped panels to your requirements and also apply PVC lipping to these shapes.
